Up to 50 flats on the Foundation Estate are available for commercial letting.

All new lettings are on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) basis at market rents and are for terms of between six months and three years. There is no charitable support or subsidy on the letting term. Flats which not occupied by Guests are available for commercial letting. Tenanted flats are alongside those occupied by Guests across the Foundation Estate. Prospective tenants will be required to undertake a credit check and lodge a deposit sum as part of the letting process.
